Benjy and his team did a spectacular, excellent, amazing job in settling my case. We started off at 1 lawyer who didn't even request the police report for 5 months, then were referred to another law group who barely got any work done for 2 years!!!! Then he had the audacity to not even tell me what the initial settlement offer was and tried to sell me on actually going forward with the litigation.. which means out-of-pocket for me.
